The Better Business Bureau has a variety of meeting spaces available to the public at very affordable rates. If you’re interested in securing a space for your next event or meeting, complete the Room Reservation Form and return it to Mackenzie Kelley, BBB Event Coordinator, at mkelley@thefirstbbb.org.

Graham Event Center
The Graham Event Center is extremely versatile and can accommodate groups of all sizes. Up to 100 people can be seated theater style, or the room can be arranged in a variety of layouts depending on your needs. The Graham Event Center is equipped with a computer, projector and screen, DVD player, iPod hook-up, microphones, and a white board wall.

Mississippi River Room
The larger of our two public conference rooms, the Mississippi River Room, seats up to 14 people around the conference table. It is equipped with a computer, projector and screen, DVD player, and a white board wall.
Minnesota River Room
The Minnesota River Room can accommodate up to 10 people at its conference table. It has a flat screen TV rather than a projection screen, that can be connected to a computer.

Pricing and Fees
Pricing for the meeting spaces vary, as shown on the Facility Rental Fees document. We offer rooms free of charge to our BBB Accredited Businesses and at a reduced rate for non-profits.
