The Better Business Bureau provides free Business Reviews on both BBB Accredited Businesses and Non-Accredited Businesses. However, there are some advantages to choosing to work with accredited businesses when you’re ready to start a project, have repairs performed or make a purchase.

If a business has been accredited by the BBB, it means the BBB has determined that they meet accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. We also offer free mediation and arbitration services to our accredited businesses and their customers, though not every case is eligible for arbitration.

The BBB also offers a program called Request a Quote, which gives consumers a convenient way to get multiple estimates from accredited businesses in their area in one simple step.

Accreditation is voluntary, and businesses are under no obligation to seek BBB accreditation. Accredited Businesses must agree to abide by the principles of the BBB. The dues these companies pay help us offer most of our services and programs free of charge to the public.
